Return & Refund Policy

At Mammoth Upgrades, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Any condition. Note that at our discretion, you may be charged a restocking fee at no more than 15% of the purchase price.
  • Return Shipping: For non-warranty returns a shipping label will be provided to the customer. 
  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you via email. After inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Blemished Items: Blemished products are final sale and ineligible for return
