Shipping policy

Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days of purchase except for Custom J-Cup Liners. Custom J-Cup Liners are made to order. Lead times will vary based on current demand. Concept2 accessories and J-Cup liners are shipped from Texas. Mammoth Balls are shipped from Utah.

US Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the United States with flat shipping rates applied at checkout, so you’ll always know the cost upfront.

International Shipping:
We also ship internationally to many countries. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive depending on your location and local postal services. If shipping to your country is not available, reach out to support@mammothupgrades.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

Import Fees & Taxes:
All international orders are shipped without any import fees, taxes, or customs duties collected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees imposed by their country upon delivery.
